Liked: Very stylish and chic hotel. Extremely clean. Private area across form the lake and park. Staff is friendly and welcoming. I loved it.
Disliked: There is nothing I did not like.

Liked: Location was perfect for our daughter's dance convention
Disliked: We picked this hotel specifically for the pool. My daughter had convention and competition all weekend and just wanted to swim when she wasn't busy at that. No heads up prior ro arriving or even upon check in that the pool was out of service. We found out after a long day and my daughter was just looking forward to the pool, when we walked to the pool and saw the sign.

Lovely, but I wish the pool had been working!

Liked: The property was lovely, very clean, and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was fine. The walls and floors were thick and quite soundproof, too. We came together for a family reunion, reserving a number of rooms, and we had kids with us. I was a bit afraid we would need to be after out kids to keep quiet. We couldn't hear our kids or family members in our adjacent rooms through the walls, so we were pleased about that. It made it comfortable for everyone.
Disliked: We were disappointed that the pool was out of order, as we were coming together as three families with kids. The indoor pool looked lovely and was one of our primary reasons for choosing this location. We also requested a King suite room so that we could have a few dishes and serving amenities, but the suites offer very little other than a microwave and refrigerator. One item that we lacked was a wine key. They had one at the front desk that we had to return immediately since it was the only one in the entire hotel. The wine key was a small detail, but the pool was a larger one. The kids were disappointed they were unable to swim.
