Excellent front desk service at...

Liked: I came up for a funeral. I needed to stay an extra night.Your hotel was booked but Mariah found me a room at the Hilton.After I checked in there I realized I had left my iPad charging in your lobby. I called and Mariah was at the front desk again, she had it and even offered to bring it by when her shift was over.There is service and there is service. This young woman gave me extra kind help at a very vulnerable time.I would most definitely stay at Hampton Suites at my next visit, purely because of the kindness of Mariah!

Great hotel but needs an...

Liked: The rooms are great, its clean and the staff is amazing and very kind! The location is brilliant as well.
Disliked: I was disappointed that breakfast was served on disposable paper and plastic plates and cutlery. It significantly diminished the quality of what was otherwise a great stay. Providing reusable tableware would be a simple and much more sustainable improvement for the guest experience. If this wont change in future, I will avoid staying there again!
