Very good

Liked: Spacious and clean, new and modern, minimalistic rooms. Fitness room with free weights and more.
Disliked: Small pool. Lack of seating at breakfast. One reception staff has anger issues, unprofessional behavior.

Disliked: Ic3 machines were broke two floors and the pillows were very thin and not restful

Liked: Staff were great! Had some trouble with the a/c stuck on too cold, and they came right up and figured it out for us. Very helpful and responsive, friendly and kind. Hotel was spotlessly clean and quiet, and breakfast offerings were great! Location convenient and price great.

I recommend this Hampton location...

Liked: The staff was exceptional. We had come into Sarasota due to the fact our son had terminal cancer. Our goal was to be able to take him home with us. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. He passed away while we were there.The staff at Hampton were very helpful and supportive in this time of need, ESPECIALLY, Drew that worked the front desk most of the time during our stay.
Disliked: Nothing. Nothing. Nothing.Everything was awesome!!!

Liked: Friendly staff. Easy location to find. Clean facilities. Comfortable bed but lumpy pillows.
Disliked: The fan in the air conditioning was so loud. There was a control to reduce it but you couldn't turn it off. It was also very dusty in the fan so the conditioning squeezed.

Liked: We loved Drew and Frank❤️ Drew was so helpful and patient and made our stay very comforting. Frank was friendly and helpful, taking us to and from the airport. Just a nice guy.
Disliked: We did not care for the young kid that checked us in, obviously did not know his stuff; gave us wrong information.

Pleasant and relaxing!

Liked: The room was spacious and the sink in the bathroom very large with lots of room, which is unusual.Lots of TV channels with plenty of free movie channels, once you learn how to use the remote. (press guide button twice)LOTS of electrical outlets.The breakfast was a class above many hotels and well-kept by an excellent staff.Nice, clean pool.Right next to Sarasota Airport. You could walk, if you wanted, although they did have a shuttle.
Disliked: I know everyone is different, but the bed was a little soft for my tastes.If I read the literature correctly, if you did not join the Hilton Honors club (which was free to do) you had to pay for internet.One of the emergency door exits, which you could use, did not automatically close all the way, which could allow the public to enter. I informed management of the problem, and I hope it will be fixed immediately.
