We didn’t want to leave.

Liked: We loved Drew and Frank❤️ Drew was so helpful and patient and made our stay very comforting. Frank was friendly and helpful, taking us to and from the airport. Just a nice guy.
Disliked: We did not care for the young kid that checked us in, obviously did not know his stuff; gave us wrong information.

It was excellent

Liked: Free parking and airport shuttle. Great breakfast food was really.

Liked: The room was spacious and the sink in the bathroom very large with lots of room, which is unusual.Lots of TV channels with plenty of free movie channels, once you learn how to use the remote. (press guide button twice)LOTS of electrical outlets.The breakfast was a class above many hotels and well-kept by an excellent staff.Nice, clean pool.Right next to Sarasota Airport. You could walk, if you wanted, although they did have a shuttle.
Disliked: I know everyone is different, but the bed was a little soft for my tastes.If I read the literature correctly, if you did not join the Hilton Honors club (which was free to do) you had to pay for internet.One of the emergency door exits, which you could use, did not automatically close all the way, which could allow the public to enter. I informed management of the problem, and I hope it will be fixed immediately.

Liked: Staying near the airport was convenient to get to my destination.
Disliked: When I arrive I waited 30 minutes before the front representative returned before I was able to check in.

Disliked: The beds were making all kinds of noises each time you moved, lumpy but only there for the night. For guest who would stay longer i wouldn't recommend the beds in room 423.
