Liked: I liked the room beds were comfortable.
Disliked: I did not like how kind of dirty parts of the room was, they don’t thoroughly clean the bathroom and they don’t seem to have maintenance checks very often because all the outlets except for the bathroom ones were loose and could not fit my chargers. Also the water pressure in the shower is very low and showering was very uncomfortable

Liked: We stayed here to go to an Air Force graduation at Lackland AFB and this was a great place for it. From hotel parking lot to Lackland was 11 minutes. All food places delivered to this location. Getting in and out of the parking lot was easy. Staff were so kind and texted to see if there was anything we needed. I did request extra towels and they were prompt with a response and meeting the request. Rooms and shower were clean. AC blows ice cold and was great! Beds were comfortable. Overall a great place for cost.
Disliked: The elevator made weird sounds and shook when it stopped.
