Liked: The only thing we liked was the size of our king size room.
Disliked: We did not like the Hotels General Manager Cindy she was rude!!! For being a GM you would think she would have more professional skills when it comes to paid customers, but nope! We drove 4 hours and just wanted to relax in our room. We tried to check in at 1 as we put our time in for arrival, but we had to wait until after 3. Cindy stated " my housekeepers are on break to get your room ready. So come back after 3. " We weren't satisfied with her whatsoever. And the parking lot was full when we returned to the hotel. We had to park across the street when we had already paid for parking for the hotel. It was just a bad experience overall.. We will not be booking with Hampton Inn again..

Quick trip to SA
Liked: Very comfortable bed, quiet hall and room. Extra clean linens and towels. Nice to have mini fridge for drinks and microwave for dinner leftovers.
Disliked: The front staff is young… could be a bit friendlier and welcoming to guests.

Liked: My reservation was canceled I was mid-air and could not make a phone call because my credit card didn't go through so my room was canceled I had to find somewhere else to stay
Disliked: When I tried to call they wanted to charge me extra because they had already canceled my reservations
