It was up to par.
Liked: Everything was great. The air conditioning was not working in the first room I was given, but the front desk personnel immediately assigned me to another room (the only thing, it was smaller than my initial room).

I will continue to stay because of the cleanliness of the rooms.
Liked: The location of the property was a huge convenience for us, everything was clean and room was ready when we arrived.
Disliked: We have stayed at many Hampton Inns and it never seems to fail that the kitchen staff is very rude and cold with the customers. They almost never want to assist and are rude when asked a question.
