Superb

Very good

Liked: Closeness to the Lagoon amusement park and the continental breakfast.
Disliked: Inside the hotel room the towel bar kept c coming off due to a bad tie into the sheet rock, and I told the maid to have maintenance people look at it but they never fixed it.

Good place and great location...

Liked: Clean and close to shopping and medical.
Disliked: The breakfast was okay nothing great… mostly waffles and cereal. Eggs were okay and there were no potatoes.

Disliked: Pet friendly but almost no grass for the dogs to walk and go potty. Mainly just rocks around the entire building. Also had to get two rooms for three dogs which was a little disappointing.

Disliked: If I had to pick something I would say breakfast choices. The pas two years we stayed at Hyatt and there was no comparison. I would normally say eat it and be quiet but when rates go higher expect a little more The other thing was actual booking when I went to book at specific rate in January it was must pay now so had to wait a little while to book but prices went up and then didn’t have to pay in advance. Called 6-7 weeks ago and said go ahead and charge room but said they couldn’t. Just confusing
