A decent stay, but I...

Liked: The staff at breakfast were very friendly and helpful. The pool was a nice place to sit in the morning. There were plenty of towels and pillows, the room was clean, the bed comfortable.
Disliked: The single-use plastic for the in-room coffee trays, plastic utensils and paper cups & plates at breakfast. Recycling bins at breakfast were marked but were clearly collecting mostly trash. Please improve your sustainability. There were no instructions for getting on the wi-fi (these could be included in the "digital guide"). I called the front desk for guidance.Our hall light fixture was missing its globe making the light extremely bright. It took us a few minutes to discover the closet behind the large mirror (this could be labeled). The window was hard to open and the black out curtains didn't completely cover the space, letting in cracks of light. The bath vanity and furniture were a little worn.
