Hampton Inn By Hilton & Suites Sacramento Airport Natomas

It was a little bit farther from the venue than was mentioned, but had many eating places all within walking distance. Very nice hotel and staff.

Liked: Nice buffet breakfast; clean; friendly.

We had a great stay at the Hampton Inn. Our room was very clean and surprisingly quiet. The morning breakfast was really good and so much better than the standard continental I expected. Close to several eating establishments and the Power Pavilion.

Disliked: None really.

Disliked: Difficult to get to because of all the road construction and road closures in the area

Liked: The room was clean. Beds comfy
Disliked: We were not told there would be construction happening. People walking on the roof early in the morning. The person at the makeshift check in area was neither welcoming or accommodating. Did his job but had no personality! Had no idea we were Hilton Honors members. I had to ask for water. I chose this hotel because it was close to the airport. I really wanted to sit in the outdoor hot tub. We had been hiking all week and we needed it! It wasn’t working and that same staff member at the desk who was always playing on his phone said there was nothing he could do about it and left it at that. We always stay at Hilton hotels…..this one was disappointing!

Disliked: The staff seemed detached and the elevators were kind of gross

Liked: That I had a place to stay by the airport. I liked that the front desk was very efficient, dispite of renovations that were going on.
Disliked: The room was not clean. It was pretty gross. There was hair, and not a little bit, stuck between the wall and the towel rack. It still sickens me.
