Liked: I am an amputee and when we got there I requested an ADA room so I could use my knee scooter at night/morning.The staff accommodated the request without any issues.The staff is always very friendly and helpful. We stay here once a year.

Liked: The building and room were clean and well maintained. The room was comfortable and had everything you needed. Breakfast was excellent, the food area laid out so there was plenty of room to navigate from one area to the next. There was plenty of seating. The menu was the same as the other 2 hotels we stayed on our trip. Food area was clean and orderly.
Disliked: My wife had one complaint, the conditioner in the shower was empty. We called the front desk and someone brought up a new one. They were a little slow in responding. Other than that, no complaints.

Disliked: Horrible "view" of wall and dirty roof in room, bathroom door that doesn't close enough to provide privacy, $75 charge for dog which is the highest I've ever paid
