Great room and place to stay.

Liked: The room; the staff; close to where we needed to go.
Disliked: Nothing.

It was comfortable and relaxing

Liked: The pool was nice and clean. The breakfast was good. The room was clean. The staff was nice. The gym was nice and clean. Basically everything you'd want in a hotel. And it was close drive to seabreeze and the museum of play.
Disliked: Only thing I wish was for breakfast that they would of had scrambled eggs. They had cheese omelets which probably many people like. But for those who don't maybe put a small thing of scrambled eggs on the side :)

Torn up Hampton Inn.

Liked: The fact that the hotel allowed pets.
Disliked: The staff was not professional. The breakfast was dirty and lacking. The hotel seems to be quite worn down and torn up.

My Rochester trip

Liked: Those little packets of hard boiled eggs at breakfast were very handy. Portable protein. The pool was also cozy and the music was good as I swam.. Great way to relax before bed.

Liked: The reception staff were polite and responsive. When we complained about the lack of housekeeping, they promptly provided us with toilet paper, shower gel, soap, and fresh towels.
Disliked: We stayed at this hotel for 5 days and were very disappointed with the housekeeping service — or rather, the complete lack of it. Not once during our entire stay did housekeeping come to clean the room, change the linens, or empty the trash. For a multi-day stay, this is unacceptable and far below standard expectations.We hope the management addresses this issue seriously, as such neglect undermines an otherwise courteous front desk experience.
