Liked: Location was decent.
Disliked: During our five day stay one elevator was inoperable and from the permanence of the sign it seemed like an ongoing problem. The greatest concern was that there appeared to be many people who seemed to be permanent residents, highly unlikely paying the exorbitant rates for this property and location.On two days while showering, the water entirely ceased to flow for several minutes. Staff seemed completely surprised.

Convenient location with helpful staff...

Liked: Location was convenient and close to a lot of places and close to the freeway for far travels. Staff was very nice and helpful when we called out to front desk or housekeeping.
Disliked: The upkeep of the rooms are on the lower end compared to other hotels I’ve been at. Their sofa bed was really not in hygienic condition and had stains and tears. Their sheets also didn’t seem cleaned and we had to request new ones. Trash wasn’t taken out as often as I’d like (trash in the hallway took a full day prior to being disposed of). During my stay, one of their elevator was broken all week which made it take a while to get up and down our room as it was also making multiple stops for other guests.

Wonderful time and highly recommend...

Liked: The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming and helpful, especially Shay-Shay and Joy (front desk checkin), Jennifer in the breakfast lounge, and Michael (front desk check out).
Disliked: hooks in the bathroom for easier hanging things, more counter space; a sofa in the suite would have been comfortable, though ours was handicapped access so maybe that wasn't possible.
