Best Hotel ive stayed at...

Liked: Loved that it was next to a plaza that had restaurants and pizza shops! Especially being right behind buffalo wild wings! Also right near most shops and stores. Just a great location! Also enjoyed the indoor pool and spa. But really a shining star was the breakfast ROOM. Yes a room serving you free breakfast! Was delicious! This is a must stay for all my future Richmond trips!!
Disliked: There was pretty much nothing I disliked about the property.

Liked: The breakfast was ok but the need to filling up the products more often because at are stay it was about 9 a.m and everything was .
Disliked: The price the elevator was a piece of scrap only one was working but kept breaking down.

Liked: The staff at check-in was amazing, kind, and accommodating. Building and rooms were very clean.
Disliked: The elevator; 1 half working and the other was completely not. However, the front desk was very transparent at making us aware of it during check-in.

Wonderful

Liked: Breakfast was great with many food options. My kids loved making waffles! The hotel is located close to restaurants and other stores. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The beds were comfortable, and the room was a good size to fit our family of 4. Thanks.
Disliked: We have no complaints.

Overall a very nice stay

Liked: The hotel is located in a somewhat secluded area which makes it very quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable and everything worked well. The shower was very nice. They are renovating some areas of the hotel but that didn’t bother me at all. Overall a very nice stay.
Disliked: Breakfast is typical hotel “free” breakfast. It’s not great but ok to get you going in the morning. However,if your a true southerner don’t waste your time on the grits. The elevator was not operating 3 out of the 5 days I was there. It didn’t really affect me but I can see were it was a problem for others.

Liked: Location was perfect, staff was friendly and the breakfast was excellent! With 4 teenagers breakfast is a BIG deal!
Disliked: Nothing! We got a great deal and had exceptional service!
