Clean, good location, great breakfast...

Liked: The hotel was new, comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was delicious!
Disliked: The one man that worked in the lobby was not helpful and very rude. We were very disappointed at the billing. One day is one rate and the next its another. We found it to be expensive and for that reason we probably will not stay there again.

Liked: The location is very good, out of the fray of Reno and across the street from a large mall with restaurants and other services. The room and the public areas were very clean, and everything functioned well. We left very early so didn't try the breakfast.
Disliked: The reception was a little gruff, but efficient. We would have liked a restaurant onsite, but there were good meal options in the large mall across the street.

Our stay was great in...

Liked: We accidentally ended up at the Reno location before we made it to the Reno-Sparks location. Kind of liked the first location better. More “out of the way” and not so crowded by so many other buildings. Kind of pricey for one night. But, we LOVED the lake view and King suite was bigger than we planned on getting. We were surprised and pleased with it! The complimentary brunch was delicious! Wished we could’ve stayed longer.
