Great place to stay

Liked: The room was clean & comfortable. The bed & pillows were sooo soft & comfortable. The desk staff was mostly fantastic. Having the Hilton, next door, with the restaurant & a 10% discount was an extra perk. We enjoyed our stay for the one night. Your breakfast bar was also very good & had variety for the clientele.
Disliked: This is NOT what I didn't like, but a suggestion for all your hotels. The walk-in showers would benefit older patrons with at least a horizontal grab bar added for their comfort & convenience. Also, adding a small grab bar in the toilet area. These things will make staying at your facilities more comfortable for your older or physically limited patronage. Thank you.

I would highly recommend

Liked: The hotel is located in an excellent area of Raleigh. The check-in process was smooth. Pet friendly with a well kept area and plenty of walking areas for your pet. Breakfast was sensational. The room was ideal for the two of us and a pet.

Excellent stay and lovely property....

Liked: Very nice hotel with smart updates....location was perfect, felt safe and although some wear / tear in room it wasn't major and the overall hotel made up for it....we travel a lot and were pleasantly surprised and glad we selected the location.
Disliked: Mattresses could've been more comfortable and pillows were not the best; however, we requested 2 extra pillows for our bed and they were swiftly brought to our room.
