Disliked: Was upset that they charged my card for parking after I left premises. Never told you had to pay to park. It was a regular parking lot, not covered, not valet. Do they expect you to park in the road or at another business. Never heard of such! You going to charge me the customer to park when I’m paying those kind of prices for a room?????

Liked: I have been staying at the hotel for at least 20 years when I travel to Pueblo, Colorado. It is near where I need to accomplish tasks there.
Disliked: The hotel seems more "run down" in my last few visits. This visit, after arriving I asked to upgrade to a one bedroom suite and was told they could not do this because I had booked through Booking and not with the hotel itself. The air conditioning/heating unit in the first room to which we were assigned did not work properly. They did give us another room where this was not a problem. But the tub area has the evidence of being old and grout is stained. Because I have a history of using this hotel, I noticed it did not display as updated, yet the price per night has risen considerably. I believe I will look for somewhere else to stay on my next visit in August.
