Great option if you are...

Liked: Courteous staff who helped us get a top floor room as we are light sleepers. The room came with a sound machine too! The staff also helped us when my daughter forgot her airpods and they quickly shipped them out to us.
Disliked: The boys doing the valet parking were great and quick. I do not love having to park valet though.

Liked: The rooms are clean and the breakfast was good.
Disliked: There was an issue with double booking, and the general manager was very dismissive and less than cooperative in hearing my story and considering canceling my reservation. I had two reservations through two different booking companies and he would not wave one that was made the same day which was made thinking that the original one had already been canceled. I paid for two rooms but only got one and I’m totally dissatisfied with the Hilton Inn and suites in Providence Rhode Island and booking.com for not being willing to offer more than city tax as a refund. Paid $240 and received $4.18 reimbursement for city tax only.
