Checkin staff was rude and...

Liked: Food average. No staff visiable.
Disliked: Room unprepared. Reserved four/five days in advance….refrigerator off, coffee pot tray dirty, makeup remover tray and package sticky.

It was fine for a...

Liked: Quiet, easy Check in and out, complimentary beverages and breakfast, the toiletries in the room like shampoo body wash lotion, large room
Disliked: There was hair in the shower, hair near the toilet, crumbs on the table, wallpaper coming off and look like it was taped back on, someone’s personal hanger in the closet, mold in shower, caulking all over shower wall from repair. These things just didn’t let me get comfortable

Liked: Location was great, very clean, staff was great.
Disliked: I was unaware you needed to request to have your room cleaned. At most fresh towels should be given daily.Toilet bowl rocks
