Under renovations, room was great

Liked: Room was newly renovated with everything you needed.
Disliked: The hotel is undergoing renovations, so first impressions were not great. Lobby area/breakfast area had boxes stacked on the one side.

Disliked: There was a lot of work being done to the hotel while I was there. I realize that all hotels make changes from time to time but it would have been nice if I could have known it before I got there.

Disliked: I didn’t like that they were doing renovations and remained opened at with the same rates

To say we were disappointed...

Liked: The location was good and the room was decent size however it wasn’t the suite we booked. The room was clean compared to the rest of the hotel. Since we had this room booked for a couple months in advance someone could have notified us of all of this so we could have cancelled and rebooked elsewhere.
Disliked: Upon arriving to the hotel the roof was tarped and there was a stop work order on the front door. As soon as you enter the building you could tell the place was under renovation all through out very dirty and dusty. Our room was on the second floor were we were hit with the strongest smell of mold it made your eyes and nose burn.

Liked: Very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to shopping and fast food outlets.
Disliked: Currently undergoing renovations in the dining area, but efforts made to mitigate impact.
