Stay was comped due to...

Disliked: The reservation system had my last name spelled wrong, so I was unable to connect to the hotel WiFi. When I tried to use the room phone to let the front desk know, the phone was disconnected or out of service. I went down to the front desk and got the WiFi corrected. Later, I tried to take a shower and the water would not switch from the tub faucet to the shower head. Since the room phone still did not work, I went back to the front desk. There were no rooms available to move us to (plus my wife had already gone to bed), but a front desk manager offered us access to a room 2 floors away from us for taking showers (this room had had the carpets cleaned and were still drying). We did not eat breakfast at the hotel.

Liked: Good location for our needs.
Disliked: This hotel is in need of a remodel, the AC in my room was leaking and the carpet was soaked so i had to move to the other bed so my feet wouldn't get wet.

Liked: The stay was very good however I was thrown out of the room at 8:50 in the morning by the cleaning staff as a seasoned international traveler this is the first time in my 26 year history of being thrown out a hotel at 8:50 AM when clearly bookings.com show the room available until 11 AM the most stressful time for staying at this hotel bookings.com need to update their policy with the hotel as clearly 11 AM is not the book out time I won’t be staying here again.
Disliked: One of the worst experiences in traveling when you’re told to leave the property at 8:50 AM didn’t even get a chance for breakfast managed one coffee very disappointed won’t be staying here again as an international traveler, and to Tour Manager for the WHO an executive producer of my London band the Wild Things

Liked: Breakfast was exceptional and the staff was very helpful and kind. We are elderly and appreciated the help.
Disliked: Nothing

We paid far too much...

Liked: The location was good. The staff were friendly.
Disliked: The facilities were substandard, old or dirty. The tv was small and bad quality. The fridge was noisy. The shower head was faulty and dirty. The decor was gloomy and dated.
