Nice staff but the shower...

Liked: The person at the front desk, Doreen, was very nice. The cookies in the evening were wonderful, and it was quite.
Disliked: The shower did not work. I was not able to turn it on. I reported it to Doreen, who will have maintenance fix it before the next guest arrives.

Liked: The staff was friendly, and the shower pressure was amazing. The beds were so comfortable.
Disliked: That I had to check out.

Disliked: The reservation system had my last name spelled wrong, so I was unable to connect to the hotel WiFi. When I tried to use the room phone to let the front desk know, the phone was disconnected or out of service. I went down to the front desk and got the WiFi corrected. Later, I tried to take a shower and the water would not switch from the tub faucet to the shower head. Since the room phone still did not work, I went back to the front desk. There were no rooms available to move us to (plus my wife had already gone to bed), but a front desk manager offered us access to a room 2 floors away from us for taking showers (this room had had the carpets cleaned and were still drying). We did not eat breakfast at the hotel.

Liked: Good location for our needs.
Disliked: This hotel is in need of a remodel, the AC in my room was leaking and the carpet was soaked so i had to move to the other bed so my feet wouldn't get wet.
