We paid far too much...

Liked: The location was good. The staff were friendly.
Disliked: The facilities were substandard, old or dirty. The tv was small and bad quality. The fridge was noisy. The shower head was faulty and dirty. The decor was gloomy and dated.

Disliked: The apartments don't have a minibar, and I thought that was terrible.

Liked: Easy access to bayonet Point Hospital.
Disliked: The lobby/ eating area were under construction. You were not warned ahead that the breakfast was going to be a warm bottle of water, an apple and a bagel. All of the ice machines were out of order. Because they did not have a suite with two beds I was in a room with no fridge ( which I needed for my meds). I went and bought a cooler. Got back to hotel and then found out there was also no ice. Were the room rates adjusted? No. At$200 a night I think they could have at the least adjusted the rates On a positive note the hotel was dated but clean. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were not. A room with two beds comes with one desk chair only the staff wears very nice. The front desk people were above reproach. Will I stay there again? No. I will continue to use Hampton Hotels for work as this was far below their standards.
