Liked: Closeness to everything and everyone was very friendly.
Disliked: My daughters and I went to use the pool and young adults were in the pool playing very rough, so much so that I wouldn’t let my kids go in. They ended up leaving from a side door and driving away- they weren’t even guests! So I was a little worried about that.

Liked: This hotel was very clean and had everything needed in the room. Breakfast was bountiful with many options. There were many amenities at this location. Very well done.
Disliked: Nothing.

Nicest hotel in Plattsburgh

Liked: The staff at the front desk was very friendly, upgraded us to a suite. Lobby is very clean and love the free coffee.
Disliked: The toilet in our bathroom had hair on the seat when we got there.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Hotel was clean. I slept very well, the beds are comfortable. My daughter went swimming and we both used the hot tub. Didn't use the gym but it looked nice. The hotel was quiet while we were there (a Sunday night). The receptionist at the front desk was very friendly.
Disliked: Would have liked the coffee machine in the breakfast area to have been filled up so I wouldn't have had to keep returning to the main lobby.
