Not coming back!

Liked: The beds were clean and comfortable.
Disliked: No one was there to greet us. We arrived at about 6:00pm on Friday. My son and I used the restroom and returned to the reservation desk and still no one was there. I finally knocked on the key coded door and a young woman appeared. She seemed preocuppied. Said our room was ready. Took my info and gave me our key cards. I had to ask where to park and how to access our room. It felt as if I should know where I was going. Very irritating after a long drive. The hot tub had a green color that was not very inviting and the "hot" breakfast was also disappointing. There were a large number of people and what was left was cold and unappetizing. I would not stay here again. Way too much money for such disappointing service.

Liked: Facility was immaculate. Staff was courteous, friendly, and professional. Breakfast was an excellent selection, including pastries from a local shop.
Disliked: This is nitpicking, but for some reason the room layout has the bed at a right angle to the television. Had I been watching television in bed this would have made for an awkward position.
