Not coming back!

Liked: The beds were clean and comfortable.
Disliked: No one was there to greet us. We arrived at about 6:00pm on Friday. My son and I used the restroom and returned to the reservation desk and still no one was there. I finally knocked on the key coded door and a young woman appeared. She seemed preocuppied. Said our room was ready. Took my info and gave me our key cards. I had to ask where to park and how to access our room. It felt as if I should know where I was going. Very irritating after a long drive. The hot tub had a green color that was not very inviting and the "hot" breakfast was also disappointing. There were a large number of people and what was left was cold and unappetizing. I would not stay here again. Way too much money for such disappointing service.

Disliked: The hotel is very close to the freeway. If AC is not constantly running, the noise from the freeway gets uncomfortable. Carpet in the room was dirty. The rest of the room was cleaned well.
