Not coming back!

Liked: The beds were clean and comfortable.
Disliked: No one was there to greet us. We arrived at about 6:00pm on Friday. My son and I used the restroom and returned to the reservation desk and still no one was there. I finally knocked on the key coded door and a young woman appeared. She seemed preocuppied. Said our room was ready. Took my info and gave me our key cards. I had to ask where to park and how to access our room. It felt as if I should know where I was going. Very irritating after a long drive. The hot tub had a green color that was not very inviting and the "hot" breakfast was also disappointing. There were a large number of people and what was left was cold and unappetizing. I would not stay here again. Way too much money for such disappointing service.

Disliked: Breakfast eggs were watery. Needed some potato instead of more bread items.

Liked: The rooms were very spacious and the staff was great. There was hot breakfast each morning until 10 and had a good selection that was frequently restocked.
Disliked: Location was alright and the elevators were a bit shaky.

Disliked: Not as many breakfast options.

Disappointing

Liked: Front staff were nice, Heidi was great on the phone and Josh was great in person.
Disliked: I understand that the hotel is pet friendly, but a reek of dog throughout the property.
