Liked: It was very neat and clean and convenient

All in all it was...

Liked: Room was very nice and spacious. The bed was so comfortable.
Disliked: Unfortunately we had to wait about 30 minutes for the room to be ready. When I went to check out this morning, there was nobody at the front desk. Sign was up stating that someone would be back shortly. I was anxious to get on the road, as I had a long drive ahead of me but it all worked out.Also,Went to get ice this morning only to find out there is no ice vending machine on the 4th floor. So I went down to 3rd floor, only to find machine was out of order. Finally got some on 2nd floor.

Liked: Wes at the front desk was super helpful
Disliked: The noise from the freeway. Stayed in room 406. Needed earplugs

Exceptional

Our stay was good, but...

Liked: Room, breakfast, and location were all great!
Disliked: Your hotel info says that you have airport shuttle service. I even stated that we would need shuttled to the Gateway Airport when I made our reservation. However, when we checked in I was informed that your shuttle service did not begin until 8 AM. This is not the kind of surprise we wanted the night before our early morning flight. We ended up having to get a Lyft to the airport. You need to be up front and honest with your potential guests. 😬

Liked: The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. TV sound wasn't so good.
Disliked: The breakfast food was too artificial and cheap. I'm not even sure if that was real food or chemicals.
