Our stay was good, but...

Liked: Room, breakfast, and location were all great!
Disliked: Your hotel info says that you have airport shuttle service. I even stated that we would need shuttled to the Gateway Airport when I made our reservation. However, when we checked in I was informed that your shuttle service did not begin until 8 AM. This is not the kind of surprise we wanted the night before our early morning flight. We ended up having to get a Lyft to the airport. You need to be up front and honest with your potential guests.

Liked: The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. TV sound wasn't so good.
Disliked: The breakfast food was too artificial and cheap. I'm not even sure if that was real food or chemicals.

Liked: Cleanliness, friendliness of staff and clean, updated room with walk in shower. The coffee was excellent!
