Liked: The location was very convenient, and I really appreciated having complimentary coffee and tea available at all times. The complimentary breakfast was also nice. The staff were very kind, helpful, and welcoming – thank you!
Disliked: The air conditioning system felt quite old and could use an update. The seating in the kitchen area was also very outdated and would benefit from being replaced.

Liked: We liked the breakfast and the service was wonderful. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful. The staff at the breakfast went above and beyond.
Disliked: We were placed in room 228, facing the loud, busy street. It’s sad because we had anticipated being able to sleep in and relax. Didn’t happen in this loud room.

Run down hotel but close...

Liked: Was close to Tempe Marketplace.
Disliked: Room smelled weird—-old smelling. Bathroom tub was a yellow color. Wallpaper coming off the walls in the bathroom. Bathroom lights did not work. Light on desk did not work. Will not be staying here again. It was too late in the night to move to another hotel. Otherwise, I would have.
