Disliked: Staff was not friendly at all. Breakfast was not for some gluten free at all only one choice. House keeping was knocking on our door at 10am to clean already when check out wasn’t till noon

A place to stay in...

Liked: The accessibility of the area is perfect. Its close to everything. The breakfast is excellent. I even commented the kitchen staff that breakfast was very good. The front desk is so helpful and accommodating. There's always hot tea and coffee regardless of the time.
Disliked: The carpet inside the room had its life. Probably need to change it. The bathroom tiles could have been cleaner. But otherwise everything else are great!

Disliked: The bed was hard as a rock which is a sign of an old mattress. We stayed three nights and after third night we literally ached all over. We travel frequently and this experience is unique. Hotel chains can usually be counted on for upgraded comfortable mattresses.

Nice quiet location but bathroom...

Liked: Nice quiet location. Nice staff. Clean and well accommodated. A lot of shopping places nearby.
Disliked: Bathroom was a bit of a wreck. Shower towel bar had both attachment screws loose. Was ready to fall off. Bathroom sink had lose spout and pulled off to one side. Sink stopper was completely non-functional. Linkage wasn’t attached.
