Disliked: The chair in room was very uncomfortable. I do use chair and side table to watch tv and eatThe app for room check in/room selection/room key did not work.Initial room- ground floor facing parking lot. Felt unsafe. Asked front desk to change. New room 4th floor facing water.Attendant changed room with no questions, no attitude (I didn’t give reason) excellent service!! If app worked I would not have had to change.

Liked: Breakfast was awesome. I had an early meeting and she opened up the pool area for me about 45 minutes early. Would definitely stay here again. Beautiful view of the lake outside half of the room w. Friendly staff in the evening as well. Ends up extending my stay an extra day because of my long drive.
Disliked: Tiny bit loud inside the rooms just because people were walking up stairs of me. Not a big deal. It goes with the territory when a hotel is built out of wood.

Liked: Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast was a little sparse compared to others I've seen. Also, the parking was very limited and we had to be directed by the desk staff to a possible location while it was snowing very hard (see earlier comment regarding awesome front desk staff).
