Hampton Inn By Hilton & Suites Pensacola/I-10 Pine Forest Road

It was an extremely UNEVENTFUL.

Liked: Nothing really.
Disliked: We made reservations online. The next day, an employee from the hotel called us to inform us that because we had a local address, that it would be an additional $200 charge on our account because local people go in and destroy the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, the Mail employee reminded us that we would have to give him a credit card for 200 more dollars for Damages that might occur while we were staying at the hotel. And that the money would go back onto our credit card. We have not received our money back from the hotel as of yet.

Liked: Everything! Room was very clean. It’s been remodeled in the Lobby and so nice! Room was very spacious and bed was comfortable! Staff was very nice and so was the lady doing breakfast! Waffles, oatmeal, potatoes, sausage, scrambled eggs, muffins, fruits, yogurt, cereal, lots to choose from! Close to Cracker Barrel and can walk to it from hotel. Close to other things as well very convenient! Highly recommend!

Liked: Overall, the front desk staff was very welcoming and kind.
Disliked: On the breakfast bar, I saw the employee changing out an empty juice container twice without gloves on her hands while grabbing the end where the juice juice is disbursed.

Good hotel but becoming too...

Liked: Easy access to the freeway. Restaurants in walking distance. Convenient for gas stations. Newly refurbished and clean.
Disliked: Price has gone up a lot. May be looking for another hotel when we pass through this area again unfortunately.
