Disliked: The pool was smaller than expected, but we were there for the beautiful gulf water, so it wasn't an issue for us.

Disliked: Got into the room, no towels, had to go down to get towels for the room on Friday, next morning we got up and left for most of the day. No one came and cleaned the room while we were gone. had to go back down Saturday and get more towels in order to take shower. No room service was provided. We got there on a Friday and checked out on Sunday. Breakfast on Saturday morning had biscuits no gravy, some kind of omelets, oatmeal. Sunday morning had gravy but no discuits, no meat of any kind and potatoes that looked burned. Very very disappointed for the price we paid for the 2 nights. ($540) so not worth the price. The elevator broke on us Friday evening. And then ran really really slow the rest of the stay. Very very disappointed.

Disliked: Our room didn’t get cleaned as promised, our toilet the first day was clogged up and after we called down stairs, no one showed up so after an hour of waiting, I called again and the lady that checked us in was surprised that no one ever came. She then came up herself and fixed the toilet. After being there two days at this point, our trash is running over, we’re re out of towels and our beds need changing. When we checked in that Thursday, we were told housekeeping comes to clean the rooms every other day, which that would be Saturday. Saturday arrived, no housekeeping. So about 9 am, someone comes in the room and says she’ll be back in Spanish. We wait for over 2 hours, and she still hasn’t arrived so I open the door and flag down someone with a cart to get towels. About an hour and a half after that, the same woman that came earlier, comes back and I tell her we were leaving and she was good to come in. She again tells me she’s coming back so we left once we got dressed. As we were passing the front desk, we let them know they can have housekeeping to come in because the lady never came back. They write the info down. Well we come back about 6 hours later and guess what, NO ONE HAS COME IN TO CLEAN THE ROOM! There is still trash everywhere, the sheets haven’t been changed, NOTHING!
