Disliked: Our room didn’t get cleaned as promised, our toilet the first day was clogged up and after we called down stairs, no one showed up so after an hour of waiting, I called again and the lady that checked us in was surprised that no one ever came. She then came up herself and fixed the toilet. After being there two days at this point, our trash is running over, we’re re out of towels and our beds need changing. When we checked in that Thursday, we were told housekeeping comes to clean the rooms every other day, which that would be Saturday. Saturday arrived, no housekeeping. So about 9 am, someone comes in the room and says she’ll be back in Spanish. We wait for over 2 hours, and she still hasn’t arrived so I open the door and flag down someone with a cart to get towels. About an hour and a half after that, the same woman that came earlier, comes back and I tell her we were leaving and she was good to come in. She again tells me she’s coming back so we left once we got dressed. As we were passing the front desk, we let them know they can have housekeeping to come in because the lady never came back. They write the info down. Well we come back about 6 hours later and guess what, NO ONE HAS COME IN TO CLEAN THE ROOM! There is still trash everywhere, the sheets haven’t been changed, NOTHING!

Liked: Everything about the Hampton Inn was exceptional. The location, breakfast, & room were great. We thought about using another hotel on Gulf Breeze, but the convenience of the Hampton Inn to get wherever we wanted to go (Pensacola, NAS, Pensacola Beach) couldn't be beat. And the fact that the rooms/beds were so comfortable was just the icing on the cake!

Liked: The breakfast was amazing every morning. The rooms were very clean. The bed were so comfortable and it was so peaceful. And our toom was huge
Disliked: There are no baby cribs so we had to go buy a $60 pack and play.

NO ONE COULD/WOULD HELP ME!!...

Liked: When I tried to check in They didn’t have my reservation so I didn’t get a room but they charged me for it! Will not give my money back!!
Disliked: Did not get a room but was charged for it through Booking.com!!!!

Liked: The bed was very comfortable, Breakfast was nice, the scrambled eggs were perfectly done.
Disliked: The waffle maker was sticky and the waffle fell apart when I tried to remove it from the waffle maker. The employee there made up for that and made a waffle for me. She said that butter worked better than the release spray for the waffle maker.
