The hotel was clean, the...

Liked: The staff was very courteous.
Disliked: The reasons I pay twice as much to stay at the Hampton compared to other hotels in the same area are the facilities and the breakfast. The facilities and staff were excellent as always but the breakfast was a disappointment. We were in the breakfast area for 40 minutes and during most of that time the hot food was completely empty. Most things on the breakfast bar ran out while we were there and they were very slow to restock.

Disliked: Temperature controls were a little confusing. I liked the old days .when you wanted the room warmer you moved the thermostat to the right,colder to the left(or vice-versa)
