Thankfully our stay was only...

Liked: Location was great
Disliked: Property was filthy in the public spaces, hallways, and room.

Exceptional

Great stay, but kinda pricey

Liked: Location amazing, cool breakfast options. Very comfy bed.
Disliked: Shelly at reception kinda rude and unprofessional when I was trying to get my reservation located over the phone to see if we could check in early. The fridge in the room was not working well; granted we should have brought this to the reception.

Beds are hard, pillows have...

Liked: The beds are not comfortable at all, the pillows are severely worn and have no fluff at all! The breakfast is not all that great. It’s a line just to wait for the waffle maker and the quality of food is poor versus others that I have been to before…For the value I just don’t think this is it. The hotel overall is clean…. But would not book here again.

The location is very good...

Liked: My accommodation was good so it was the breakfast. I also like the location.
Disliked: One thing that i do not understand, why do we need to pay for parking? I believe that it is supposed to be included already with our staying, like years ago.

Nice location

Not happy. Won't pick this...

Liked: The stay was fine and room was clean and all but we were only going to stay 1 night so the whole first day was a waste because we were in the lobby 4 hrs taking turns guarding our luggage. Check in was at 4 and usually we have no problems getting slightly early check-in. But we didn't get our room until 6:30 because the person cleaning the room was slow and then when she finally finished she didn't even mark it clean. What was the compensation for all of the trouble and wasting our first day not being able to go anywhere?? They only refunded the $21 parking charge. I'm not happy. I won't pick this hotel again.
Disliked: Get staff to clean faster. Checkout is at 11:00. Other hotels have no problems getting rooms clean between 11:00 and 4:00. If a member of staff isn't cleaning fast then get them some extra help. I saw one guy that was on clean up the next day on our floor and I walked past him a couple of times and he was on his phone for at least 10 min. I went down to get coffee and came back and he was still on his phone.
