Disliked: At first we were very excited for this vacation, driving a very long way to make it to such a beautiful destination. However upon ariving staff was not very welcoming, they treated us like we were an inconvenience for wanting to check in. We got to our room and it reeked so badly of Marijuana we had to prop both doors open to air the room out. The pool had filthy water and the level of water went down every day and it was not refilled in the week we were there. We were charged twice for our room, upon talking to the front desk multiple times they said it was not showing on their end. So we asked for formal documentation that we should have only been charged once. This by the way left us with over a thousand dollars less in spending money due to the double charge. We were told they could email us a copy of a receipt but not do any formal documentation so our bank could remove the charge. The charge finally came off the second to last day of our vacation. Then we asked the day before we left if there were any farther charges before we check out. We were told no then they proceeded to charge for parking that night despite saying all charges were completed when we talked to them. The only thing this hotel has going for them is the bar staff and maintenance men were incredibly nice. Otherwise we will not be going back or recommend to anyone this hotel was not worth what we paid

Liked: The property was very nice central located. The breakfast was good. The beach was beautiful. I loved everything about the facility.
Disliked: There was nothing that I did not like about the property. Everything was nice.
