Great room for comfortable stay.

Liked: Room was great. Beds were comfortable, bedding was clean, room was in great condition, no odors, and had plenty of storage space. Nice bathroom, overall a great room for value. Hot breakfast with plenty of options, would stay again if staying in the area.
Disliked: Bar soap in lieu of liquid soap. No washing machine/dryer on location. Cold pool in cooler climate.

Liked: I have no idea what’s in Olean NY, but for some reason there’s this really nice, big hotel there. We stopped here while passing through to get home. The hotel was exceptionally clean, staff were lovely, and it even had a decent breakfast. Rooms are spacious and modern and had everything we needed.

Liked: The guest upstairs was very loud and kept us up. We finally compalined however the annoyance continued. Not sure if kids playing basketball, but was non stop!!
