Clean and close to lots...

Liked: Clean, friendly staff, good coffee, and food choices for breakfast. I was visiting a friend at Mercy so it was very close and lots of good restaurants nearby. Also, their on-site store was a nice perk.
Disliked: Overall, I was very pleased and would stay again.

Exceptional

Hampton is an outstanding place...

Liked: We were unable to have breakfast due to home damaged, we will try breakfast when we have time.
Disliked: Everything was to our satisfaction, friendly staff, very clean and quiet. We will always try and stay at a Hampton.We could not find anything that we didn't like.

Awesome trip

Good

Disliked: The fitted sheet was pulled up and very wrinkled. Wondered if the sheets had actually been changed or not??? So just slept on top of everything ☹️

Exceptional

Liked: Gave plenty of cream and sugar in room.
Disliked: Being a hiltons member had to pay for water.

Bad

Liked: I did not like it at all
Disliked: We stayed there for one night and there are two fire false alarm happened in the middle of the night. We were waked up twice. This is not acceptable. I want to request my bill off

Liked: ALL the staff were excellent. They were friendly in their interactions and always greeted me with a smile. They seem to genuinely enjoy working here which makes my stay enjoyable.
