Disliked: I got locked out of my room in my pajamas because the battery died in my room key card. I had to go downstairs in my pajamas twice.

Liked: Bad experience, lost my expensive glasses. Help was horrible. Called your compliant department and someone was going to contact me. Never called me. Also did not have enough towels in the room. Asked the front desk and they had none in the office. Would send someone to the room. 1 hour later I had to contact them. Horrible service.
