Disliked: The room carpet was soaking wet in several different areas. Enough it would soak into your socks. Kinda gross

Overall was nice.

Liked: Room was nice.
Disliked: Air conditioner quit working and had to move rooms on the 2nd day.

Liked: Property was clean, very quiet, good coffee.
Disliked: Was not happy because the TV satellite was not working. There were storms everywhere in Norman OK area. Once a local station was located the channel would suddenly change to another channel this occurred multiple times!!! Also could not watch ESPN or any other networks. I checked with staff person at the registration desk. Her option was to move us! What was the guarantee the next room was going to have a better tv. I was told they were having satellite issues!!! We have reservations at the Hampton this weekend. Hope the satellite is fixed by then.

Exceptional

Liked: Very clean, staff were helpful. We came in for the language fair at OU. This will be our hotel for every year. My kids loved watching the airplanes take off through our room window. We had a blast!

Place to come back to

Liked: Location, close to shopping and easy access to visit my family.
Disliked: Would like better breakfast items. Just the standard hotel food.

Hotel was nearby family.

Liked: The box springs were loud and creaky. Mattresses were hard. Hotel was clean and the staff were great. Breakfast was okay.

Liked: Room was very clean, staff were very friendly. I like that it was pet friendly nice to see all the dogs.

Disliked: Needs cameras on each side. This is a MUST these days. My drivers side truck window was broken out and local punk bitches attempted to rob my vehicle. We then had to drive 260 miles home with no glass in the driver door. GET SOME CAMERAS!! Your guest deserve for their property to be protected!!
