Needs a good cleaning, otherwise...
Liked: In a great location, perfect driving distance to Sesame Place, and the beds were comfy.
Disliked: There was paint peeling and mold growing on the ceiling in our bathroom due to the lack of ventilation.

Due to a power outage,...
Liked: Coffee
Disliked: When I arrived, there was only one staff member assisting all customers. Apparently, there was a power outage earlier. The employee had to walk me to my room and unlock the door with a physical metal key. The electronic keys were not working. I could not leave my room because I had no way to get back in other than the one employee having to walk me to my room and unlock the door. I did not attempt breakfast because I had no way to get back in. There was absolutely no communication to customers. The fire alarm went off a couple times disturbing my rest. People were at the mercy of one employee who by the way did her best accommodating all of us. I wish I knew her name because she deserves a major bonus.I was very dissatisfied with my experience.

A mess, not of the...
Liked: So i dont have an issue with the property or the staff in general. It was how they handled an emergency situation. On the first night there they were pleasant for the check-in. I was in town with my dog to help my parents move into an elderly care facility and they were welcoming to me and my pup. That night there was a storm that knocked out power. I completely get that is not the hotels fault and beyond the power of their staff to correct. I was fine going to bed in the dark. I spent a day moving stuff so I just wanted to sleep. At 1:30 AM the fire department evacuated and shut down the building. Again, I understand this is beyond the property teams control...what happened after is where they failed. I along with others were told that there were rooms in Princeton NJ (over a 30 min drive) and that we would be covered for the charge. After drive the distance and past 2 AM in the morning the front desk man had no idea what i was talking about. The property manager the next day refused to zero out the fee for myself ans others in a similar situation because the buildings were separately owned and the Yardley location would need to elect to pay. As a whole my frustration is with network of hotels that acts like a team when it benefits them but points the finger and recognizes no responsibility when things go wrong. It is making me do more work to break even on their failure after an already difficult time Other places would have given compensation already for the inconvenience but instead i am facing more paperwork. It just sours me on working with this team, which is so sad because the location was really great to come back to where I grew up and we relocated my parents, and they were dog friendly which is huge as my parents love having my pup around. I thought I found a place i could visit regularly but Im not sure.
Disliked: They were really nice checking in and i'm sure if there wasn't a weather related issue it'd be fine. They just were not prepared to deal with the situation and their response was not only not helpful but made things worse (due to lack of communication at both sites)

Decent
Liked: Location was convenient
Disliked: They have charged y credit card for nearly $1800, this was prepaid through booking.com. I am pursuing reversal of the charges, and will have American Express reverse the charges if needed. Pathetic.
