Great Stay!
Liked: Room was spotless and comfortable. Room was big, It had a fridge sink, couch, desk and bathroom was big and clean. Breakfast in the am was well stocked and tasted good. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Nothing.

Exceptional
Liked: Breakfast is good--I don't eat much in the morning (oatmeal and coffee) but the staff always puts out a good variety of options. The staff is always super friendly, and welcoming. The beds are comfortable. On this stay, I was with a pet, and had a huge room. It was great and very safe to walk around outside to exercise the dog.

Overall stay was nearly flawless....
Liked: Welcome staff was exceptionally friendly and joking. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable.easy check-in/out.
Disliked: Breakfast was over an hour late for guests to eat. The gentleman had some items out, but the eggs, sausage and potatoes took way to long for us to get them..........about an hour and 20 minutes late.He should have started preparation of these items much earlier! Most people don't have time to wait in the morning to eat.

Liked: The room was very clean and well fitted. The gym and pool were a nice addition. The grounds and interior common areas were very well kept.
Disliked: This is really minor so take it with a grain of salt. Our key stopped working and they were unable to fix the problem for a couple of hours. It happened to someone down the hall the next day. The power went out for hours one evening. I thought maybe an adjustment to the bill would be warranted. That had happened to us in other hotels and we received adjustments or free dinner and bottle of wine. Also we were double charged for our pet. Which I had explained over the phone before arrival we had one pet and already put that on our reservation which we paid full price in advance. On check out day, they had a problem actually checking us out in the system to give us a receipt. The room does not have a safe. We were there for 10 nights for reference.
