Liked: Very nice hotel, super friendly staff, great location.
Disliked: Bathroom was a little dirty, but overall the room was clean. Didn't care for the valet only parking and didn't care for the fact that when we went to get our car we had to wait for it to be brought from another parking lot, I wish I would have been told it was being taken somewhere offsite.

Disliked: Long story short, the only parking they have available to you as guest is valet parking. They make you give them a $50 deposit when you get there and tell you you will receive a refund within 1-14 days... Well don't expect that $50 back because they will keep it for the Valet parking even though they don't offer you anywhere else to park and there is an open lot on the other side of their building that most likely belongs to them. I'm very frustrated with it because it feels misleading and the only response I got from the man I talked to is he's been doing this for 23 years and thats how a lot f hotels do. It's not even about the money it's the point of don't conveniently forget to tell me about the charges for valet parking. $50 for less than 24 hours and they expect tips on top of that.
