Disliked: I was charged twice and never received a refund

Bad

Liked: The clean pool and good breakfast.
Disliked: The room was never cleaned. The beds were not made, the trash was never emptied and the only way to get cleaned towels was you had to go to the front desks to ask for them. The room and TV looked like it hadn't been dusted in months.

Liked: THE SUITE WAS VERY SPACIOUS AND OFFERED A GREAT VIEW OF THE MS RIVERBREAKFAST WAS NICE
Disliked: COFFEE POT WAS NOT CLEAN ( A POD WAS LEFT IN THE MACHINE FROM A PREVIOUS GUEST) NO TRASH BAGS IN TRASH CANS

Liked: The breakfast was good, but they ran out too soon and people had we had to wait for them to cook some more
Disliked: I like everything about the hotel. It was nice. It was friendly. People was friends and staff. Friendly rooms was clean and good looking not like the way it was had a very good time.
