INEPT RECEPTION DESK-HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION-ROOM LEFT...

Liked: Liked decor, lay out, bedding, cleanliness of room, overall. Liked dining room and acceptable breakfast.
Disliked: Front desk help was pathetic. I informed her that we DID want housekeeping services for our second day stay when we checked in. She stated that there was no way she could change the hotel's policy of NO HOUSEKEEPING on Day Two Stayovers. I told her to contact her manager/owner and make the change because we expect and require clean towels and a freshened room DAILY. She said that she would do that and she did not! I confirmed with another front desk employee the next morning, that we were leaving for the day's plans and that we wanted to make sure housekeeping would take care of our room before we arrived back at the hotel at 4:30pm. He ASSURED us that housekeeping would do this. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN, AND WE ARRIVED BACK WITH DIRTY TOWELS ON THE FLOOR, TRASH CANS NOT EMPTIED AND NOTHING TIDIED. UNACCEPTABLE. I went out in the hall and found the housekeeper with her cart and, in broken Spanish/English asked why she had not come to our room yet. She held up her clipboard with rooms to clean orders and showed that our room was never ordered to be cleaned by management. I felt sorry for her, as CLEARLY, this was not her error.

CHRISTIAN AMERICANS AVOID

Liked: Nothing not one thing especially the Greedy Owners of this One Location. Do NOT stay here if you are a Christian American that should tell you Everything you need to know about my experience.
Disliked: Nothing!!!!

Liked: I can't say that I liked anything about it because I was never able to stay at the hotel.
Disliked: I made the reservation through booking, then due to an error I had to update it and when I arrived at the hotel it was never there and my reservation never appeared, I was never able to stay at the hotel, no one took responsibility.
