Excellent value and location

Liked: Location was excellent and complimentary breakfast, coffee and cookies were a great touch.
Disliked: Tv needed a slight upgrade but no big deal.

Liked: The room was great so was the amenities.
Disliked: I wish the room had another bed but that was the only option available for my family of 5 so it was understandable.

Perfect for our needs

Liked: The room was incredibly large, probably double the size of most comparable hotel rooms. The staff were very accommodating even providing a snack for my elderly mother. The breakfast was very good and the always had coffee, tea and hot chocolate available.
Disliked: If dog families could have resided on the first floor in their own area that would have been appreciated. There were a lot of dogs.

Not great!

Liked: The location. The staff were very kind and helpful.
Disliked: Our water was lukewarm in the shower. The bed was hard as a rock. And the refrigerator made a sound all night long that kept us awake. The breakfast was terrible. I don't think it was real sausage. The breakfast and gravy tasted like it was from a can. The egg Patty with the cheese inside was disgusting. The only thing edible was the oranges. And it smelled like dog hair in the lobby. Which is never a good. We definitely won't use this hotel again
