Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: The bed in room 326 was broken. It had a large dip in the middle of the bed. When I expressed this to the staff, they changed the room for us quickly. However, they denied that the bed was broken. It is clearly not supported in the middle. The staff was very confrontational and acted as though everything was fine since they changed the room. This is despite the fact that my husband and I have pains from sleeping in the bed. I don’t believe that they held up their end of the customer relationship by providing an unsatisfactory bed. In addition, they claimed that they laid in the bed and everything is fine since they did not want to make things right. I would avoid this place because they providing beds that are broken and don’t want to spend the money to fix the problem. The Hampton in Temecula is much better. I made the mistake of thinking it would be the same quality.
