Great place to stay when...

Liked: Rooms were large and light. Staff was very friendly and accomodating.
Disliked: Pillows could have been a little firmer

Disliked: Rooms were not what was reserved. Noise started at 6:00 am all morning. It sounded like a child jumping on the floor above. There were both flying and crawling bugs. Dog barking. The bathroom was not vented.

Disliked: There was a gentleman that was suffering from mental illness in the lobby, his clothes were in Rags revealing his buttocks, that apparently had a benevolent person paying for his room, which I applaud! Unfortunately he jumped into the elevator with my wife and when she jumped out he followed her, she was scared, as she is a small person. She got behind the counter and called me, I got down there asap, finding her, and as she went to the elevator again he tried to follow, I had to tell him to stay back and was able to calm her down in the elevator. As a paramedic I have great sympathy for those with mental challenges, he needs definitive care and supervision, I can not recommend any small female stay there until this happens . Otherwise things were nice.
