Wonderful stay in a convenient...

Liked: I like that I know what to expect across the board when I stay at a Hampton Inn. Everything is similar no matter which location I stay at. I liked that it was on the main road, it was easily accessible and online check in was available. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was someone was riding their electric scooter in the parking lot and going between cars - when I notified the staff he went out right away to address the issue so I’m grateful for that.
Disliked: The only thing was only one elevator was working, but we didn’t have issues using the working one. And the advertised pool was not operational - it wasn’t a big deal for us though.

Liked: Piper at the front desk was amazing while checking in and out she needs a raise. I love that the staff continually checked in my family
Disliked: The house keeper never cleaned our room. They never brought us clean towels I had to call for them. The people above our room were jumping, bumping and making noise all through the night my family could not sleep we got absolutely no rest

Pretty good overall, but could...

Liked: Good location for my purposes. Most areas well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: My first room had a big spill stain on the carpet right in the main walking path. It had obviously not been cleaned in any way because I could feel/see sticky, crusty texture still. And the bathroom/closet door got stuck halfway so only small openings on either end. They did change my room. There were a lot of noise issues for me, you can easily hear people above/in hallways and people are just inconsiderate.
