Liked: The location and atmosphere
Disliked: Tried getting room service two days and no one showed. I had to walk down to front desk get toilet tissue and Kleenex because it was almost empty when I checked in with no extra on hand. I extended and asked for a clean room. I was downstairs waiting 2 hours and room not cleaned. Called front desk telling them my room is still not clean. She notified housekeeping. I went back downstairs waited another 2 hours and went back up still not cleaned. I went down to front desk told her I been out waiting over 4 hours, my room still not touched. It’s almost 3pm and all the housekeeping carts were gone from the floor. So front desk clerk went to housekeeping to ask why my room wasn’t cleaned. They thought they already did it! How could they?? Omg wasted a whole day of work cause I had to sit in lobby.

Liked: Breakfast offering was good but I suggest to have more fresh fruits, and please make Oatmilk available.The seating area for breakfast was great.So nice that they have Coffee (light, dark roasts and decaf), Hot water, Tea and Water available at all times near the Reception!
Disliked: Slow elevators - only 1 elevator seems to be working.Only 1 washing machine and 1 dryer for the entire place. There should be at least 3 washing machines and 3 dryers. There was a long line for the washing machine due to sports tournament and we couldn’t do our load.

This has been the best...

Liked: The breakfast was reaoly terrific witheggs and a meat (sometimes potatoes), and all the other items one would expect for breakfast. It was always well stocked and the breakfast lady was friendly and always very cheerful. and helpful. Plenty of room to sit and enjoy your breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing
