Liked: Breakfast was very good. May be ou could run it until 11am for us late-risers.
Disliked: The cooling mechanism in the room was not working. Th e thermostat was at 66, and the temp had to be close to 74-75.Also, maybe have a few prepared sandwiches in the "treats" store!

It was a barely okay...

Liked: The room was clean. The breakfast was good and coffee surprisingly GREAT. The coffee was actually the best part of my stay.
Disliked: The rooms need upgrades. The elevator floor had broken tiles and the bottom edges of wall covering in the elevator was chipped off/broken. Definitely not a good first impression. The rooms need an upgrade. There was NO guide on the tv remote controls which was extremely frustrating in searching for what to watch. TV’s were very small. Barn door bathroom/closet was awful and there were NO DRAWERS in the room. That was definitely not acceptable. The carpets didn’t appear the cleanest and curtain panels were super wrinkled. A few fixes and upgrades can make this experience easily go from a 4 to a 7. Also not a good look when you enter the hotel and the check-in staff have badges with handwritten badges with markers. It was somewhat grade school looking. First impressions are really important. The staff was very friendly though.
