The staff was friendly. I would stay here again anytime I'm in the area.

Non existent but expensive.

Disliked: Upon arrival I was told the card did not go through for my room from my work. I was left with no room that night to train in their facility the next day. After investigating I have been charged for the room I was refused when i got there. $130 For a refused room and a night of panic planning.

Disliked: That when I asked for a paper copy of my hotel bill, because I booked through a 3rd party they couldn’t give me the paper copy!! But my spouse was able to give me one!!

Liked: Check in is 3. Check out is noon! Family suits are huge! Beds are cozy. Nice size hot tub and clean pool. Free fresh baked chocolate chip cookies and bottles of water at check in. Breakfast is good.
Disliked: Not a big deal but Pool and hot tub close at 9. I think 9:30/10 would be better.

Liked: This was a great hotel for our long weekend trip to Milwaukee. It was spacious, comfortable, clean, and warm during what turned out to be a freezing weekend weather-wise. The staff were also very friendly and professional and the included breakfast was great. We also really loved that the room included a microwave as we could heat up left over food from a restaurant we patronized. The location worked well for our needs as it was near a family member's home.
