Very good but bed and...

Liked: Location, cleanliness and quiet was great.
Disliked: The bed was too firm and didn’t sleep well. Was overcharged but two desk clerks gave me incorrect explanations that I had to get resolved after we checked out.

The stay would have been...

Liked: Location was nice, Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful (especially when I called a couple hours before my arrival)
Disliked: House Keeping did not come and change our bedding. Even after a soft reminder when the staff was on our floor. Yet no one came and I was in the room most of the day

Disliked: The rooms were not setup well, they had no microwave and to small of fridge. Also the bathroom was out of body wash and the overall cleanliness was bad.

Nice facility and nice staff....

Liked: Breakfast was mediocre at best…..I was also charged for a suite drink which I have no idea what this even is! I didn’t have a suite and we didn’t purchase a drink!
