Liked: The onsite restaurant made things a lot easier. Onsite fitness center made it easier to get a work out in and stay on track with my fitness program.
Disliked: There was A LOT of hair in the pool. No hot tub. And there were at least three machines in the fitness center that need maintenance.

Liked: The location and parking.. the dark roast coffee was decent too. We didn't try the breakfast as we had other plans while we were in town. The room was very comfortable overall. Check in and out were seamless and the staff were lovely.
Disliked: The bathtub did not have a stopper but as we were only staying for 2 nights, the shower was adequate for us. There were also some very loud inconsiderate people on the floor above us both nights we stayed but that is no fault of the hotel.

Disliked: Staff. We arrived between 7:00-7:30 pm on a weekday. No one was staffing the front desk. There was a sign stating that they had stepped away and would be back shortly. After waiting for over 10 minutes with zero staff on site anywhere on the main floor, the clerk finally showed up. For breakfast, the person working looked pretty unhappy to be there. When we checked out, we asked for a printed copy of the receipt. The person working at the desk refused, stating that because we had booked at Booking.com, the hotel doesn't provide a receipt - which is utterly crazy, we had stayed at another Hampton Inn and Suites a few days earlier and they happily provided a printed receipt when asked.
